I had an exquisite experience staying at this hotel. The attention to detail was impressive, with a sophisticated and rustic appeal that added to the overall ambience. The rooms were well maintained and had a fine interior, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing excellent service throughout. Additionally, the hotel's location on the mountains of North Kerala offered breathtaking views that invigorated the senses.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were absolutely fantastic.

Had a great time spending Christmas here. Enjoyed the serene environment and tasty restaurant-style food. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items to choose from and the staff was cooperative throughout our stay. The swimming pool was well-maintained and offered a relaxing dip. the barbeque option was a nice touch.
The amenities could use improvement as there was only a small gym and carrom available. , the location was a bit out of the way from popular sightseeing spots.

Great countryside location. the resort is nestled amid nature and far from the hustle and bustle of the city, making for a peaceful retreat. Rooms were clean and well equipped with basic amenities. the food was enjoyable and filling, with lots of local flavor.
Our experience was marred by a poorly organized Xmas event. the staff had arranged for an Xmas gathering, but the execution was subpar - the event started late, there were fewer activities than promised, and the carol singing was terrible.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming resort nestled in the beautiful mountains of North Kerala. The cottages were comfortable and the interior of the rooms was tastefully designed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a high-quality service. One particular staff member, Abi, stood out as he provided excellent assistance and even gave us helpful suggestions for sightseeing. The location of this hotel was perfect, surrounded by stunning natural beauty.
Everything was simply perfect, no improvements needed.
